E-rate Program 101 is designed for beginners.  Basic concepts in the E-rate Program will be discussed with an outline of the application process, EPC accounts, and available resources for you to locate additional information.  It is offered by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC).

You will be able to pose questions during the webinar using the chat function. USAC staff members will be responding to individual questions in real time using the chat function, and the webinar facilitators will also respond to questions of general interest at the end of the webinar.
