Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF)

As a part of the American Rescue Plan Act, over $7.1 billion dollars was allocated to be expended through creation of the Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF) to provide funding for schools and libraries nationwide to purchase laptops, tablets, wi-fi hotspots and broadband connections to help learners while off-campus.  You can read the full text of the FCC 21-58 order online.
