Digital Inclusion Survey Provides Stats for Pennsylvania | STAGING Compendium

In rural areas nationally, 52% of households, with income under $25,000, lack broadband.  This comes from the 2014 Digital Inclusion Survey, which  provides data from a national study that explores the digital inclusion roles that public libraries play in our communities.  ALA provides summaries and section links.
