Longwood Gardens organizes an annual Community Read program with regional library systems in Pennsylvania and Delaware, cultural institutions, conservation organizations and gardens.  This year the  community reading event is on the topic of women in science and horticulture. Hope Jahren’s Lab Girl is the feature title for adults. Events at libraries began in January and continue through the spring.
