This year will be the 13th annual One Book, One Community Middle School Reading Program. This year’s book is, Isabel Feeney: Star Reporter by PA author Beth Fantaskey. It will be held May 14-16 at Pennsylvania Highlands Community College Library .

Over three days, 1,200 students will get to meet the author and participate in hands-on activities based on themes in the book. This year’s theme is the 1920s and Prohibition. Students will be participating in a murder-mystery. Since the beginning of the program in 2006 over 14,721 students and 1,077 teachers have participated.
