Bureau of Library Development – Staff Update | STAGING Compendium

Good morning, colleagues.

I am pleased to share the news that Lisette Ruiz has been hired as the Contracts and LSTA Coordinator in the Administration and Data Unit of the Bureau of Library Development. Lisette joins us from the Department of Labor & Industry’s Workforce Development Unit where she worked as a Grant Analyst.

In this role, Lisette will manage the planning, contracting, reviewing, monitoring, and analyzation of multi-faceted statewide library grant programs including the federal Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) program as well as other state initiatives that support libraries.

Lisette earned a BA in Psychology from West Chester University and an M.Ed in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Kutztown University. When she’s not working, she enjoys reading, going to the gym, window shopping, watching Netflix documentaries, and spending time with her teenagers.

Lisette is thrilled to join BLD and looks forward to meeting and working with you!
