The Centre County Library and Historical Museum will host a display on Freedom of Speech under the 1st Amendment tent at the Constitution Day Centre at Grange Park in Centre Hall on Sunday, September 16. This public civics festival will celebrate the Constitution’s 231st anniversary. The aim is to bring people together and encourage them to explore and connect through direct conversations about Constitutional issues. Over 40 exhibitors will be taking part. Admission and parking is free. The event will also have speakers, food trucks, and live music.
