David Lee King introduces emerging technology trends and shows how those trends are reshaping library services. Attendees will learn what trends to look for, find out the difference between a technology trend and a fad, and get ideas about how their library can respond to technology as it emerges.

King will also discuss change and the transition stages people go through with change, guidelines to navigate through change, both for frontline staff and for managers, and provide recommendations on successfully transitioning staff through change. Join us!
