The Foundation Center has launched Visualizing Funding for Libraries, a comprehensive FREE database of library funding, which contains grants given to U.S. libraries by U.S. foundations.

A data tool includes data on grants from local, state, and national sources for public, academic, school, special collection, and government libraries.  Additional demographic information can be viewed corresponding with library service areas.
