The Governor’s Advisory Council has created a document, Priorities and Recommendations for Pennsylvania Libraries, that describes the importance of Pennsylvania’s libraries and highlights five areas that they believe must be addressed to ensure that all Pennsylvanians have access– through libraries– the resources they need to be successfull.
