Join us as we take a look at POWER Library e-resources useful to public libraries.  Our discussion won’t stop at how to navigate these resources either!  We are taking a full circle look at not only the ‘how’ but the ‘when’ to use the resources, ‘where’ to find the best way to link to the resources and ‘why’ your library should be promoting the resources.

We’re going retro, taking this one back to the key basic functionality of the SHAREit environment.  We will be discussing the Participant Record and the Request Manager in minute detail as well as general SHAREit workflows, lender and borrower reporting, and how to avoid the dreaded FOMO* by staying in the Access Pennsylvania communications loop.
*That’s “fear of missing out” for all us non-Generation Z folks!
