Several data elements that gather statistics on library collections within the national Public Libraries Survey (PLS) may be deleted by The Institute for Museum and Library Services (IMLS). Although these statistics may no longer be required for the national PLS, it is possible that the information may still be necessary or beneficial for your library/system.

Please complete this Microsoft Form – PLS Survey to help us decide whether or not to keep certain library collection data elements on our state annual report.  Also included in this survey is an opportunity for individuals to volunteer to be part of a statistics/data group that will provide feedback and recommendations concerning our data collection reports.
