The State Library of Pennsylvania is now open to the public in the historic Forum Building, 607 South Drive, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 17120. The State Library’s Main Reading Room, along with the full Forum Building, has undergone renovation and restoration and is welcoming in-person visits. Check out new books, research your family tree, or spend some quiet time in the beautiful space. The Main Library Reading room is open each Tuesday 10-4, Wednesday 10-8, and Thursday 10-4. The Law Reading room is open by appointment. Virtual reference services continue Monday through Friday from 8:30-4:30.
